EXCHANGES

You can request a free replacement or return within 5 days if:
1.Your item arrives damaged
2.Your order is lost in transit

For damaged items, please provide photo or video proof and email your request to (bharathtechverse@gmail.com).

If only certain parts of your order are damaged or missing, a partial exchange will be processed.

Please do not return the product to the manufacturer.

Replacement requests take 3–5 days to process once received.

CANCELLATION

To cancel an order, please email us within 6 hours of placing it.

Cancellations requested after this window cannot be accepted.

REFUNDS

Our refund window is 5 days from the date of delivery.

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 2–3 days, and the amount is credited to your bank account within 7 working days

You are eligible for a refund only if:

1.Your item arrives damaged, or
2.You cancel the order within 6 hours of placing it

For damaged product claims, we require a video recorded while opening the package, showing:

1.The shipping label
2.Your order ID and name
3.The damaged item clearly
